Online Order Requests

Use the Taconic Start an Order form to order:

• Taconic Animal Models
• Animals with surgical modifications
• Animal Health and Serology Testing
• RapidMAP™ Cell Line Screening

If you are ordering animals and are not certain of the strain, a search link will be provided on the order form to allow you to find the specific strain number(s).

Order Request Confirmation

Once you have submitted an online request:

1. A copy of your order request will be emailed to you
2. A Taconic Customer Service Representative will review the information, check the availability of the items you requested, and assign expected shipping dates.
3. If any questions arise, Customer Service will contact you
4. Within one (1) business day, a confirmation of your order will be provided to you by telephone, fax or e-mail. Note that your order request is not considered confirmed until Taconic reviews the requests and provides you with a Confirmation Number.
