Contact Form(s) / Contact by Email / Live Chat
If you send us inquiries via our contact forms, email, or live chat, your details from the inquiry form or email, including the contact data you have provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent, however if you have inquired about a co-branded product and/or service consent to your data being provided to Taconic's partner is implied. Application Form
You have the possibility to register for job application purposes on our website and thus create a user profile. We collect and use the following personal data during registration and setup:

In addition, voluntary information can be provided (e.g. telephone number etc.). Mandatory data provided for the purpose of registration are marked with an asterisk in the input mask as a mandatory field. With your user account you will have the possibility to search for and apply for jobs at Taconic. Your data will be deleted as soon as the user account on our website is deleted and if no legal storage obligations exist. HubSpot
Our websites use HubSpot, a marketing automation tool that allows us to accept forms and respond to our users with the content they request. HubSpot uses cookies to help gauge the interest of our users, make repetitive tasks easier, serve personalized content, and facilitate our marketing. Newsletter
If you would like to receive our email "newsletter" (Taconic Insights) we need your name and email address as mandatory information.
When registering for the newsletter, in addition to the email address required for sending the newsletter, we store the IP address via which you have registered for the newsletter as well as the date and time of registration so that we can trace any possible misuse or issues at a later point in time.
You can cancel the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link inserted in each newsletter. After your cancellation, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately.
Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies.
