Use this form to Start an Order or Request a Quote for our live animal models. Please visit our cryopreserved models page for inquires on those products. For animal shipping product orders, please contact customer service.

Orders are processed during standard business hours. Once an order request has been received and verified, a confirmation number will be assigned and provided to you. Quote requests will be answered within 1 business day. For urgent requests, please reach out to Customer Service at info@taconic.com

There may be factors outside of our control (weather, airline issues, etc.) that impact the timely fulfillment of your order. Taconic will keep you informed of any updates to your order status.

    If you are planning to design or breed your animal model with Taconic, but have not yet selected a CRO for shipment of live animals, please select that you plan to order "Products" and your Taconic account will be setup without live animal shipment options until you have selected a CRO and provide Veterinarian contact information.

    Special approval from Taconic Veterinary Science services is required to receive a live animal shipment.
